We value and authenticate luxury watches in Hatton Garden.

We sell a lot of Rolex watches and they can fluctuate in value considerably so we always recommend that our clients have their Rolex watches valued regularly so that your insurance is valid. Rolex valuations and other luxury brand valuations can be done in our Hatton Garden store or remotely via email.

To value your watch, we need to know the age, condition, model number, serial number and whether or not box and papers are present, these are the things that will impact the value of your watch and your insurance provider will want the want details visible on your certificate which includes the age, serial number and model number.

For digital watch valuations, we will need to have some pictures of your watch emailed to us along with the above details, this will allow us to research the value of your watch and create a certificate for your insurance. Digital watch valuations take 24-hours to complete and are accepted by insurers.

If you would like a more comprehensive watch valuation which includes watch authentication then we will need to physically inspect your watch. You will need to ship your watch to us or visit us with your watch to start the process. We will need to hold your watch for 24 hours so that our watchmaker can thoroughly inspect your watch to confirm that its authentic.

Watch Authentication
We offer a watch authentication service in Hatton Garden. Our watchmaker will inspect your watch and check that there have been no parts changes such as dials, bracelets and hands and they will remove the casebook and inspect the movement of your watch to make sure that it's original and free of aftermarket parts. This type of watch authentication takes 24 hours so you will need to leave your watch with us.

If you need a less in depth authentication service then we offer an express authentication service where we carry out a multi-point inspection that takes around 15 minutes. This method is efficient but does not include full movement inspection and dial authentication. We will not be able to tell you 100% if the entire watch is original but we can give you a reasonable insight and a confident conclusion.
